Balmain AW RTW 13-14
Hi readers:) I’m so happy to post again, I’ve been so busy I haven’t been able to post as much as I really wanted, Paris fashion week has already started and I just needed to take some time off to show one of my favorite and most expected fashion shows for me, since this is one of my favorite labels! And of course I’m talking about Balmain.
As I have already said in some other posts, Elie Saab is one of my favorite designers when it comes to haute couture gowns, and you’ll be right to think I’m crazy but I find a similarity in the designs of these two labels, of course I’m talking about a similarity that at the same time it’s so not similar, a total paradox for me! The thing is that these two are ornamented and full detailed! But when it comes to the style and what each piece expresses, they are so different, when we think of
Elie Saab we think of something cute, girly, very princess style; and talking about Balmain it expresses rock, baroque, a strong style.. But what can I say? I love these two, and each one is classy and chic in their own particular way.
Anyway here’s the entire collection straight from Paris, the Balmain autumn/winter ready-to-wear 2013-14 collection, which I loved, we are used to see black, white, gold and similar colors, but in this collection we get to see some brighter tones 🙂
Have a great weekend!
